Within the remit of the GEOLEC project, EGEC is organizing a workshop on deep geothermal data compilation, in London, on the 26th of September 2011.

The workshop is dedicated to experts in order to assess relevant data (temperature, basin and aquifer structures, structural framework) on geothermal resources in UK, Ireland and Iceland in order to present the potential for geothermal electricity and especially EGS.
